Advanced Property Services  Advanced Property Services has several affordable housing communities located throughout Santa Ana and surrounding cities. Please contact Advanced Property Services to research their affordable opportunities and place your name and information on an open Waiting List.
County of Orange Affordable Rental Housing List This list is designed to assist you in finding an affordable unit by providing the most comprehensive list currently available. Units are designated as affordable within the complex. Please call the number under CONTACT INFORMATION to find out if units are available and the associated rent for those units. Rents may vary between complexes. Please note that OC Community Resources provides and maintains this list, however, OC C
City of Anaheim Project-Based Voucher Waiting Lists The project-based voucher (PBV) program offers a variety of housing options at specific housing locations. Some buildings are intended for families, while others are age restricted, intended for seniors only.  AHA also offers a number of PBV locations that provide amenities and/or services specifically for persons with disabilities. You may apply for all the buildings that meet your family's needs.
Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) has assisted projects, which include units with vouchers for veterans and persons experiencing homelessness and non-OCHA vouchered units.  Please note that the non-OCHA vouchered units have a “local preference” for people currently living in the City where the project is located
