Cabin reservations
Looking to host your next family gathering at a city park? Reserve a cabin with the City of Santa Ana. All cabin reservation inquries must be submitted online.
Reservation request information
- City of Santa Ana cabins are open on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- An application and permit are required to reserve a cabin.
- Reservations should be made at least 30 days prior to the event date.
- Allow up to 5 business days for a Reservations Office team member to make initial contact regarding the status and details of your application.

Insurance requirements
- All City of Santa Ana Recreation Rental Facilities require Liability Insurance with the City as additionally insured.
- Renters can buy insurance from the Special Event Liability Insurance Program (SELIP) or through their own insurance broker.
- To learn more on SELIP call (800) 420 - 0555 or email www. 2sparta.com.
- Once the user provides the Reservations Office with insurance, it will be sent to Risk Management Division (RMD) for review. Please allow 7 business days for review and approval. Without an approved insurance from RMD, we cannot move forward with your cabin reservation request.

Cabin locations and capacity
Fisher Cabin at Fisher Park - 2501 N. Flower St.
- Maximum capactity - 20 guests.

- 6ft. tables and chairs are available to match max capacity.
- Please note Fisher Park has limited parking as the surrounding area is permit parking only.
Santiago Cabin at Santiago Park - 600 E. Memory Ln.
- Maximum capactity - 30 guests.
- Currently out of commission until further notice.
Fisher Cabin and Santiago Cabin reservation fees and payment
Fees are subject to change per the City of Santa Ana’s Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.

Once your application is approved, a link for online payment will be provided. Payment must be made three (3) business days prior to your reservation date. Once payment is received, a permit will be provided for your reservation.
Cabin security deposit
Per the City of Santa Ana’s miscellaneous fee schedule:
- The appropriate deposit for each park facility rental will be 20% of the overall permit cost for permits over $500.00.
- No deposit will be required for permits under $500.00.
- The security deposit is refundable as long as there are no damages to the facility, user is not staying past their permitted time, etc.
Cancellation policy
To ensure a full refund, cancellations must be made at least three (3) business days before your reservation date. Cancellations made with less than three (3) business days notice will include 100% forfeiture of reservation fees plus a $17.00 processing fee.
- No-shows will include 100% forfeiture of reservation fees plus a $27.00 processing fee.
- Please be advised a $17.00 transfer fee will be applied for each reservation adjustment including time, date, and location.

Municipal codes
Alcohol in City parks is prohibited S.A.M.C. (Section 31-2.1A). Loud and raucous noise from sound making or amplifying devices is prohibited S.A.M.C. (Section 10-153). Please dispose of litter in the appropriate receptacles. Bounce houses are prohibited on City parks. See park rules with prohibited items flyer for more information.
No person shall operate a vehicle in a park except upon designated paved or improved park roads or driveways, or in and upon designated areas or trails set aside for use by such vehicles, unless directed to do so by a law enforcement officer or park guard or by official signs or markings.
