Background and experience
Ms. Garcia-Miller is an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Santa Ana. As part of her duties, Ms. Garcia-Miller serves as counsel for the Community Development Agency, in which she advises on various legal issues, prepares necessary contracts, resolutions and ordinances, and is advisory counsel for the Community Development Commission, among other tasks.
Prior to joining the City of Santa Ana in January of 2023, Ms. Garcia-Miller served as an attorney with the Housing Authority for the City of Los Angeles.
