Trash and recycling collection delayed

Due to labor issues at Republic Services, trash and recycling collection in Santa Ana has been delayed this week. Street sweeping will take place as scheduled. Residents in impacted areas should leave trash carts on the curb (not the street) until they have been serviced.  Read more

Joseph Trinidad

Joseph Trinidad is a Management Intern for the City of Santa Ana Neighborhood Initiatives and Environmental Services Program (NIES). His education background includes an A.A in Law, Public Policy, and Society from Fullerton College. He graduated UCI (University of California, Irvine) with a bachelor’s degree in B.A Urban Studies and a specialization degree in Geography Information System (GIS). He is currently attending the University of Southern California and will receive a Master’s of Urban Planning degree (Climate and Sustainability). Joseph leads a variety of efforts that strengthen the support provided by the NIES office to Santa Ana residents. Some of areas of support include project management, data analysis, research, and collaboration with different stakeholders. As an Intern, Joseph continues to hone his skillset as a professional and leverages his skills in public speaking, research, and community outreach to benefit the residents of the City of Santa Ana.
