Joseph Trinidad

Joseph Trinidad is a Senior Administrative Intern for the City of Santa Ana Neighborhood Initiatives and Environmental Services Program (NIES). His education background includes a A.A in Law, Public Policy, and Society from Fullerton College. He is currently attending the University of California Irvine (UCI) and will receive a B.A in Urban Studies and Geographic Information System (GIS) Degree Specialization. Joseph leads a variety of efforts that strengthen the support provided by the NIES office to Santa Ana residents. Some of areas of support include keeping the NIES contact database updated, managing the NIES sites on the city website, civic engagement, and Environmental Justice (EJ) research. Joseph has collaborated and learned from local EJ groups such as GREEN-MPNA and EcoGovLab UCI. As an Intern, Joseph continues to hone his skillset as a professional and leverages his skills in public speaking, research, and community outreach to benefit the residents of the City of Santa Ana.
