Ms. Rossini is a Chief Assistant City Attorney and supervises the Administrative Operations. Ms. Rossini provides labor and employment advice, represents the City in labor and employment matters, handles various transactional matters, and defends the City in litigation.
Ms. Rossini joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2006. Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Rossini was in private practice, specializing in civil litigation.

Ms. Rossini is admitted to practice law in California, before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Rossini is also on the board of the Orange County City Attorney’s Association, and was a past President of the William J. Ferguson Inn of Court in 2010-2011.

Ms. Rossini received her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and Culture from the University of California at Los Angeles.
