Cesar Chavez Day closure March 31
Santa Ana City Hall, libraries and community centers will be closed on Monday, March 31, 2025, in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.
There will be no street sweeping on March 31, but trash and recycling will be collected.

Lizbhet Reyes

Lizbhet is an Associate Community Planner with the Neighborhood Initiatives and Environmental Services team in the City of Santa Ana. Her educational background consists of a master’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC) with a concentration in public policy and leadership, and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University (SDSU) in sociology with a minor in Chicano Studies. Lizbhet is an experienced public sector administrator with a demonstrated history of working in policy formulation and recommendations focused on community and environmental services. She spent nearly a decade in the water utilities sector, while consulting on projects throughout the coast of California and Illinois. She brings extensive experience focused highly on community engagement through effective, efficient, and sustainable service delivery.
