Boosters

The CDC recommends all vaccinated individuals receive a booster shot at least 5 months after their second Pfizer or Moderna shot or at least 2 months after their Johnson & Johnson shot. Booster shots are available for anyone aged 5 and older. The Pfizer or Moderna vaccine booster is strongly recommended for those who received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Those aged 5-17 may only be eligible for the Pfizer vaccine booster.

Getting a booster is quick and easy! Most pharmacies offer walk-in booster shots with little wait time. Next time you're picking up a prescription, ask your pharmacist about getting your COVID-19 booster shot.
