Santa Ana City Hall and non-essential services will be closed on Monday, March 31, 2025, in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.
There will be no street sweeping on March 31, but trash and recycling will be collected.

The Planning and Building Agency plays a critical role in achieving the City Council's goals for the physical development of the community. The agency's objective is to provide a safe, attractive, and business-friendly community through implementing state and local construction codes, as well as planning and regulating future land uses.

UPDATED – Moratorium on Industrial Businesses in the Transit Zoning Code (SD-84) Zoning District has been extended by the City Council through April 15, 2025.

City Hall regular Friday closure
