Welcome to our done/doing update for the City of Santa Ana website. This is a recap of what we’ve done from April 8, 2024 to May 8 ,2024 and what we’re working on next.
Done
- The City Manager’s Office created an informational page where the community can learn about Needle distributions in Santa Ana.
- The Workcenter added common questions on the main page’s service center so users can easily find information they need.
- We updated the “Who do I call List” because some of the phone numbers were old and no longer correct.
- The Parks department made a new page with details about the fun Summer Splash Day that happens during the summer season.
- The Water Services team created an awards page showcasing their division’s achievements.
- The pictures from the Fun Run were going to the wrong album, but now we’ve fixed the link.
- The City Manager’s Office made an online donation request form for people to request donations from the City Council for special events. Now, you can send in your requests right away using this form.
- The Library updated the information on how to ask for a book or article in the service center.
Doing
- Planning and Building are exploring user experience improvements for the interactive map on the Major Planning Projects page.
- The Workcenter is designing a Virtual Job board so candidates can easily search and apply for positions that match their skills and preferences, streamlining the hiring process for both candidates and employers.
- Staff is working on redesigning the Zoo website.
