Welcome to our done/doing update for the City of Santa Ana website. This is a recap of what we’ve done from March 6, 2024 to April 8, 2024 and what we’re working on next.
Done
- With the assistance of the IT department, the Development Engineering division has created service request forms to streamline the process.
- In an effort to spotlight the multitude of events taking place in the City, we are increasing the number of items in the carousel featured on the homepage.
- The Water Services division created a new Water Quality FAQ page where they address common questions and concerns regarding the safety, taste, and reliability of the City’s tap water.
Doing
- The Finance department is updating the dog licensing page.
- Planning and Building are exploring user experience improvements for the interactive map on the Major Planning Projects page.
- We are currently developing an electronic donation form for City Council Special Event Sponsorship. This form will enable users to submit their contributions in real-time.
