Done
- Live launch of the new City website:
- 1,087 pages or subpages
- 3,028 documents
- 304 news posts
- 2,616 event posts
- 48 forms
- Received 152 actionable website feedback form submissions. Some of the fixes included:
- Broken website links
- Missing page for business permits
- Set up of utility bill account
- Buttons on maps not working
- Transitioned the 30-member New City Website Team to the 17-member Site Squad (continuous improvement website team)
Doing
- Adding a public meetings topic to the City Council category on the homepage to improve the mobile navigation to City Council meeting agendas
- Improving the barking dog complaint form so instructions and online form are on the same page
- Fixing redirect links
