Employee Relations

The City of Santa Ana Human Resources Department Employee Relations Division provides strategic planning, expert advice and policy regarding the prevention and resolution of labor and employment issues, including investigation and resolution of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Civil Rights Department (CRD) investigations. Employee Relations also maintains a comprehensive personnel system with accurate and relevant classification titles and specifications, and competitive compensation to preserve and cultivate a professional workforce.
