    • Enhancing communication though website updates and social media notifications.
    • Posting community concerns and progress updates online for transparency.
  3. Engagement Initiatives:
    • Hosting more community meetings and workshops.
    • Collaborating with schools to involve students in environmental justice efforts.

Key Actions Taken:

  1. Immediate Repairs:
    • Public Works tasked with addressing the sidewalk near Valley High School at Raitt and Glenwood, which is heavily impacted by surrounding dirt.
  2. Issue Tracking and Sharing :
    • Commit to emailing a summary of all cluster-specific concerns after each meeting for transparency and follow-up.
