Public Information Session: Intersection Improvements – Bristol St. & Santa Clara Ave.

The Santa Ana Public Works Agency is in the process of making improvements to the traffic signal at the intersection of Bristol Street and Santa Clara Avenue which includes the installation of new left turn arrows for north and south directions.  The intersection will also have new overhead lighting to enhance the intersection visibility at night, high visibility crosswalks to improve pedestrian safety, and audible pedestrian push buttons to enhance accessibility for all users.

In addition, to improve the traffic flow at the intersection, the crosswalk on the north leg of the intersection will be removed to help traffic flow exiting the neighborhoods. Pedestrians will still be able to cross on the south leg of the intersection.

You are invited to a public information session to review the plans for the intersection improvements, learn how this project will affect you, and have the opportunity to share your comments.  The details for the public information session are as follows:
