Use Regulations, Permitting Process, and Nonconformities

We want to hear from you! The City is holding a series of workshops to talk about updating our rules (the Zoning Code) for land use and development. This is the second series and will build on public input received during workshops held in July and November 2024.

This workshop will focus on promoting a desirable mix of land uses in new  zoning districts, as well as consider rules for existing buildings or uses that don’t conform to the City’s vision. If you’re interested in learning more and sharing your thoughts, participate in the workshop and check out the project webpage!

Spanish, Vietnamese, and Khmer interpretation will be available.
