Zoning Code Update Workshop: Residential/Industrial Interface and Nonconforming Uses and Structures

We want to hear from you! The City is holding a series of workshops to talk about updating our rules (the Zoning Code) for land use and development. This is the second series and will build on public input received during workshops held in July and November 2024.

This workshop will focus on how to improve compatibility where residential and industrial areas meet, and also consider rules for existing buildings or uses that don’t conform to the General Plan vision. If you’re interested in learning more and sharing your ideas, participate in the workshop and check out the project webpage!
