The H4H Foundation (Hope, Help, & Healing for Humanity) has been hosting Yoga-4-Nurturing sessions on Wednesdays and Saturdays for clients at our Navigation Center. Led by compassionate instructors, H4H foundation focuses on empowering individuals with new skills and approaches to navigate crises, especially regarding mental health. We are incredibly grateful for this partnership to provide the vulnerable population we serve with impactful physical and mental activities, breathwork, and stress reduction techniques
What a fabulous night Second Chance Orange County had teaching customer service and listening skills at the Navigation Center. The group was very interactive and thoroughly focused the entire time. We are very thankful for our partnership with Second Chance Orange County and for the opportunity they provided our clients at the Navigation Center.
In December, Illumination Foundation and City staff coordinated a holiday party for families at the Navigation Center. The event included dinner, a magician, holiday songs, gingerbread house decorating, and ended with Santa handing out gifts to children. The smiles on everyone's faces were the true highlight of this event.
