The Information Technology Department is an Internal Service department within the City of Santa Ana organization. The department has 30 staff members and an operating budget of approximately $10M, we are organized into three main divisions – Administration, Applications & Infrastructure Services. We are a full service organization providing a centralized resource for technology deployment and support throughout the City.
