Jail Administrator Jaime Manriquez has worked for the Santa Ana Police Department-Jail Bureau for 27 years, contributing to a total of 33 years in the custody field.  His experience includes roles at the Orange County Probation Department and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Data Analysis. He is also a member of the California Gang Task Force and a graduate of the California Jail Command Academy.

Manager Kenneth Willard has been a member of the Santa Ana Police Department since 1990, starting as a Police Supply Clerk. He has 17-years of supervisory experience as a Senior Correctional Officer, Correctional Supervisory, and currently serves as the Correctional Manager for the Santa Ana Jail. As the Jail Support Division Manager, he oversees Recruitment and Training, Classification, Programs, Grievances and Discipline, Contractual Services, Jail Records, and Jail Bureau Accounting.  Additionally, Manager Willard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
