Lot line adjustment

A lot line adjustment is between four or fewer existing adjoining parcels, where the land taken from one parcel is added to the adjoining parcel, and where a greater number of parcel than originally existed is not thereby created.

Initial submittal documents:

  1. lot line adjustment documents processed by the Planning and Building Agency.
  2. A title report current within 60 days.
  3. A copy of each document referenced in the exhibits such as deeds, records of survey, parcel map, etc.
  4. Draft grant deeds to record after the lot line adjustment.
  5. Draft reciprocal easement agreement (If applicable).
  6. Initial review fee payment.
