Lot line adjustment
A lot line adjustment is between four or fewer existing adjoining parcels, where the land taken from one parcel is added to the adjoining parcel, and where a greater number of parcel than originally existed is not thereby created.
Initial submittal documents:
- lot line adjustment documents processed by the Planning and Building Agency.
- A title report current within 60 days.
- A copy of each document referenced in the exhibits such as deeds, records of survey, parcel map, etc.
- Draft grant deeds to record after the lot line adjustment.
- Draft reciprocal easement agreement (If applicable).
- Initial review fee payment.
