The Orange County Health Care Agency is offering a free lead testing and removal program that is available to Santa Ana households. Priority is given to families with a child under 6 years old or with a pregnant woman who might have been exposed to lead in the home. Program participants must be low income, and the properties must be located in Orange County and built before 1978.
