Project Description
The applicant is proposing to re-entitle the One Broadway Plaza project to include 14 floors of residential apartments (approximately 327 units) with 23 floors of office and commercial uses. An amendment to the SD-75 zoning document to allow residential uses is required as well as an addendum to the EIR.
