Involvement levels for partners and sponsors
Involvement levels
We offer three levels of involvement for partners and sponsors: foundation, headline, and title. Partners can contribute through a combination of in-kind and financial support, while sponsors are required to provide financial contributions.
Contribution amounts vary based on the estimated attendance for each event, classified as follows:
- Standard (about 2,000 or less participants)
- Main (between 2,000 - 15,000 participants)
- Grand (15,000+ participants)

Foundation level

• All per event items for each of the 6 events • Logo placement on City’s annual partners webpage for duration of year • Ability to participate in additional program services at Recreation Centers for duration of year (only available to partners) • COSAS newsletter mention • Recreation email blast mention • Logo placement on partner recognition page in CULTURA magazine |
Headline level

$15,000 - $34,999
Lower end of range accounts for an annual package with your choice of 4 standard events and 3 main events. |
• All headline per event items for each of the 7 events and all annual foundation level benefits • Pre-event social media story takeover on @santaanaparks • Personalized agency specific thank you reel on @santaanaparks • On stage promotion at each event (approved script or media placement based on event) |
Title level

• 10x30' booth space and all other per event headline level items listed above • Organization listed on marketing materials, with logo placement, as a named partner of the event (flyers, posters, banners, etc.) • On stage promotion at each event (approved script or media placement based on event) • Partnership recognition on City issued press releases for event |
$35,000+
Lower end of range accounts for an annual package with your choice of 4 standard events, 3 main events, and 1 grand event. |
• All title per event items for each of the 8 events and all annual headline level benefits • Logo placement on City’s event announcements to SAUSD through Peach Jar newsletter • Logo placement partner slide displayed on Santa Ana Stadium marquee |
Examples of partner in-kind contributions
Value of in-kind contributions will be assessed prior to event date and incorporated into partnership agreements
- Food and beverage
- SWAG items with added City of Santa Ana logo
- Providing staff/ volunteers on the day of the event
- Event components (inflatables, arts, crafts station, etc.)
- Entertainment (face painters, balloon artists, DJs, games, etc.)
- Event specific items (Easter eggs, decorations, balloon arches, photo booths, etc.)
