Permanent and temporary sign information
The Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) and Citywide Design Guidelines contain regulations regarding, the size, location, type and number of signs that may be located on private property within the City.

- Sign Programs - All multi-tenant commercial/industrial buildings that have (3) or more tenants are required to have a sign program. Sign Programs are specific guidelines for that property. To determine if you location has a sign program contact the Planning Division at (714) 647-5804.
