You can use this map to enter your address. The map will tell you which of our six wards you live in, along with councilmember who represents that ward.
There are four ways: Send the City Council a message using this online form. Email the councilmember. You can find the City Council email directory on this webpage. Call our office: (714) 647-6900. Attend a City Council meeting and address the City Council during the public comments portion of the meeting.
The quick answer: it depends. The City Council can issue one-time donations to eligible nonprofits for eligible special events that provide a community benefit (examples include neighborhood gatherings, community events at a City park, or a small parade). To add or remove a family member, please complete a Change Report Form and submit proper documentation. If you are adding a family member, please provide a written statement as to why you wish to add the family member. If you are removing a family member, please provide proof of new address.
