The City utilizes an online bid management and publication system. This system allows vendors to register online, receive automated email notification of solicitations for goods and services pertinent to their businesses, obtain bid documents and specifications, submit bids online, and view bid results.

How do I dispose of paints and chemicals?

Orange County residents can dispose of their household hazardous waste (HHW) items at no charge at any of the County’s four Household Hazardous Waste Collection Centers. What items can be recycled?

Acceptable items include household recyclables like paper, plastic bottles and containers, cardboard, glass and aluminum cans. Non-acceptable items include construction/demolition waste, auto parts, tires, household hazardous waste (paint, oil, household cleaners), medical or electronic waste.
