As the City Council prepares to approve a new waste contract for the City next month, the public has several opportunities to learn more. Nabil Saba, Executive Director of the Public Works Agency, will provide a special presentation on the four proposals that are on the table for the City’s trash contract, followed by a Q & A period, at the next Communication Linkage Forum (Com-Link) meeting. That is scheduled for Thursday, July 22, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Santa Ana Police Department headquarters.
