Requirements
- The City of Santa Ana accepts volunteers ages 12 years and older
- Must submit a government issued ID or school ID
- Fill out supplemental questionnaire (if working with children)
- Â Submit TB test results (if volunteering at Santa Ana Zoo)
Process
- Visit the department volunteer webpages above
- Decide which position you are most interested in
- Submit a volunteer application found on the department volunteer page
- Volunteers ages 16 and above will be provided with information on how to complete the online background check after an initial review of their application
