Project Description
The applicant proposes to construct a 5-story residential (401 rental units) building with wrap 8-level garage. The site is developed with an existing 8-story office building and surface parking. The proposed project will be developed into two phases; Phase I construction on the surface parking area and Phase II office demolition for construction of the remaining residential units. The project is a SB330 submittal and requires an Inclusionary Housing Plan.
