Zoning Administrator

Meeting date and time

Meeting occur on the first and third Wednesday of each month, as needed and as scheduling permits, at 10:30am. Meetings are held in person.

Responsibilities

The Zoning Administrator is authorized to act on the following as defined in Chapter 34 and 41.

  1. Minor exceptions as listed in section 41-632(a)(3).
  2. Residential relocation
  3. Tentative parcel map
  4. Underground utility waivers
  5. Temporary trailer permits

Agenda and staff reports

The agenda and staff reports are posted here at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda is also posted on boards outside the Civic Center entrance, the Council Chambers and the Main Library.
